Indorama Ventures Vietnam recently brought colleagues together for its Year End Party 2025, an evening dedicated to reflection, connection, and looking ahead – under the theme “One Heart, One Drive – One Team, One Dream”, symbolized by the Infinity mark.

More than a celebration, the event was a meaningful pause to recognize a year marked by both challenges and progress, and to reaffirm what truly drives the company forward: its people.

Reflecting on a challenging year

2025 was a year that tested resilience across the business. Market volatility, regulatory changes, and external disruptions placed pressure on performance and demanded adaptability from every team and every site.

In his address to employees, Mr. Vinay Bhardwaj, Country Head and Vice Chairman of Indorama Ventures Vietnam, spoke candidly about the realities the company faced – while emphasizing the importance of staying united, disciplined, and forward-looking.

He highlighted that while results did not fully meet expectations, these challenges were not unique to Vietnam but reflected broader shifts across the global packaging industry. What mattered most, he noted, was how the organization responded together.

Celebrating progress and collective effort

Despite the headwinds, the Year End Party also recognized clear signs of progress achieved throughout the year. Across operations, teams worked together to improve efficiency, strengthen cost management, enhance quality and inventory control, and reinforce cash flow discipline.

The company also continued investing in long-term foundations – through system upgrades, sustainability initiatives, and the successful relocation of operations to Hung Yen – demonstrating a commitment to building resilience beyond short-term results.

These achievements, as emphasized during the evening, were not the success of any single function, but the result of collective effort, shared responsibility, and trust across the organization.
