On October 30, Indorama Ventures Vietnam held its annual Team Building event at Ho Tram, bringing together employees from across the company for a day of connection, reflection, and celebration. With the long-standing slogan “One Team, One Dream”, this year’s theme – “Going Beyond” – was represented by the Infinity symbol. It marked a continuation of last year’s “The Great Journey”, which was symbolized by the Circle. While the Circle captured unity and connection, Infinity goes further, standing for limitless potential and an unending journey of growth.

The event was designed in two parts: a morning filled with collaborative games and outdoor challenges, followed by a Gala Dinner in the evening. Together, these experiences created not only moments of fun and bonding, but also opportunities to reflect on the company’s direction and aspirations for the future.

The morning program tested teams with specially designed activities that required strategy, agility, and above all, collaboration. Reflection at the Gala Dinner

Following the Team Building activities, the Gala Dinner unfolded in an intimate and memorable atmosphere, highlighted by high-energy, passionate performances by team members from various departments. In his address, Mr. Vinay Bhardwaj, Country Head and Vice Chairman of Indorama Ventures Vietnam, acknowledged the realities of 2025: a demanding year shaped by pressures in sales, profitability, and the competitive market environment. He reminded the team:

“Going Beyond’ isn’t about doing the impossible. It’s about the dedication we bring to our daily work—supporting one another and continuously making small improvements every single day, so that we grow as individuals and build a stronger team together.”

By linking the Circle of last year to this year’s Infinity, he underscored that Indorama Ventures Vietnam’s story is one of continuity, resilience to rise above immediate challenges, and the courage to keep expanding horizons.
