In late September, the Indorama Ventures team at the Cu Chi site in Vietnam conducted a Safety Week initiative aimed at enhancing employees’ safety awareness and cultivating a strong safety culture.

To further encourage active involvement and boost engagement, an online safety quiz and a safety suggestion campaign were launched, reinforcing awareness and highlighting the importance of collective responsibility in maintaining a safe work environment.

The enthusiastic response from employees demonstrated the team’s commitment to workplace safety. Several individuals were recognized for their outstanding contributions, including seven employees for their safety suggestions, two forklift operators for their exceptional skills, and 55 top performers in the online quiz.

This initiative further reinforces Indorama Ventures Vietnam’s unwavering dedication to creating a safe and efficient working environment. By nurturing a strong safety culture, the company is proactively preventing accidents and ensuring the long-term well-being of its employees.
