Indorama Ventures Vietnam’s Tay Ninh factory concludes Safety Week 2024
Following the success of Safety Week in Cu Chi and Bac Ninh, Indorama Ventures Vietnam recently concluded its Safety Week in Tay Ninh, marking a significant milestone in its ongoing safety initiatives across all three factories.
The vibrant week of activities was designed to translate safety knowledge into real-world factory operations while promoting a safety-first work culture. The week’s success was highlighted by the enthusiastic participation of all employees, along with strong support from management, department heads, and supervisors. With 100% department involvement, workshops reaching capacity within just 30 minutes of registration, and over 100 prizes awarded, Safety Week 2024 achieved remarkable engagement and impact.
Online Quiz & Employee Suggestions for Safety Improvements
Employees actively contributed innovative ideas to enhance safety practices within the factory. A total of 145 suggestions were submitted through an online platform, showcasing strong engagement.
The Best Idea Award honored the most practical suggestion, and the EHS department has committed to prioritizing its implementation in 2025.
Firefighting Skills Competition
Teams showcased their firefighting techniques and participated in drills, enhancing their preparedness for real-life emergencies. A special Recognition Day celebrated outstanding contributions to fire safety, spotlighting the dedication of employees to this critical area.
Forklift Operator Skills Day
This activity showcased the precision and expertise of forklift operators, emphasizing the critical role of operational safety in daily tasks.
