The Indorama Ventures team in Vietnam wrapped up 2024 on a high note with a vibrant year-end party celebrating achievements and inspiring everyone for the journey ahead.

Themed Retro Revival – One Team One Groove, the event transported employees back to the iconic 1970s and 1980s. Beginning with a trip down memory lane, it featured two immersive photo zones: the Star Booth, inspired by Hollywood’s Hall of Fame, which honored all employees’ contributions to the company’s progress over the past year; and the Film Reel Booth, a retro TV setup that showcased shared team moments from the year, symbolizing a collective “film” where every employee played a leading role.

Reflecting on the year’s successes, the team presented achievements as tracks from a “2024 Greatest Hits Album” celebrating notable accomplishments such as:

• Operational excellence
• Pioneering projects and innovative product launches
• Progress in digital transformation and enabling functions

Another highlight of the evening was the Long-Service Recognition Awards, which celebrated employees with over 20 years of service. These individuals were honored as the foundational notes of the business’ symphony, embodying commitment and resilience.

The celebration reached its peak with a unifying rendition of “We Are the Champions” encapsulating the team’s pride. Setting the rhythm for the year ahead, Mr. Vinay Bhardwaj, Vietnam Country Head and Vice Chairman, shared business goals for 2025, conceptualizing them as “Hit Teasers” with themes of Accountability, Agility, and Advancement. The motivational message resonated with employees, culminating in the upbeat anthem “Don’t Stop Me Now” inspiring energy and determination in tackling the challenges ahead.
