Throughout July 2026, Indorama Ventures Vietnam successfully hosted its Annual Sports Festival 2026, bringing together employees from across the company to compete in three exciting sports: Pickleball, Badminton, and Football.

More than just a sporting event, the festival is an annual initiative that encourages an active lifestyle, promotes employee well-being, and provides opportunities for colleagues from different departments to connect and engage beyond the workplace.

The Annual Sports Festival attracted employees of all ages and across all levels of the organisation. Among the participants was Mr. Vinay Bhardwaj, Country Head and Vice Chairman of Indorama Ventures Vietnam, who enthusiastically competed in both the Pickleball and Badminton tournaments.

Speaking at the Opening Ceremony on 11 July, Mr. Vinay Bhardwaj shared: “A strong organisation is built not only on professional capability, but also on strong connections, collaboration, and the positive energy we share with one another. And I truly believe that these values will shine brightly on the courts and fields throughout this season. Winning is always rewarding, but what matters even more is having the opportunity to stand together as one team – to support one another, compete together, and create lasting memories”.

Held over the weekends throughout July, this year’s Sports Festival showcased impressive performances from both individual and team competitors. From exciting rallies on the Pickleball and Badminton courts to thrilling Football matches on the field, participants gave their best in every game, demonstrating sportsmanship, determination, and teamwork.

The enthusiastic support from colleagues also played an important role in creating a vibrant atmosphere, motivating players and making every match even more enjoyable and memorable.
