Indorama Ventures has been recognized by CareerViet, a leading job network in Vietnam, with the prestigious Top 20 Employer Choice Award in the medium-sized company category within the manufacturing industry. This award, presented on 23 February at the Employer of Choice 2023 Awards, acknowledges employers based on employee and market feedback.

Spanning a month, CareerViet conducted a survey in collaboration with Amco Vietnam, a well-known market research company, obtaining nearly 40,000 completed votes from people of different ages and professions nationwide, reflecting the diverse perspectives and preferences of the workforce.

Criteria for selecting the winners focused on several key factors. Firstly, winning employers demonstrated effective policies and practices to attract and retain top talent, aligning with current labor market trends. Additionally, emphasis was placed on creating a positive work environment, ensuring the well-being and development of employees. Community engagement was another essential aspect of the evaluation criteria.
