On October 30, Indorama Ventures Vietnam held its annual Team Building event at Ho Tram, bringing together employees from across the company for a day of connection, reflection, and celebration. With the long-standing slogan \u201cOne Team, One Dream\u201d<\/em>, this year\u2019s theme \u2013 \u201cGoing Beyond\u201d<\/em> \u2013 was represented by the Infinity symbol. It marked a continuation of last year\u2019s \u201cThe Great Journey\u201d<\/em>, which was symbolized by the Circle. While the Circle captured unity and connection, Infinity goes further, standing for limitless potential and an unending journey of growth.<\/p>\n

The event was designed in two parts: a morning filled with collaborative games and outdoor challenges, followed by a Gala Dinner in the evening. In his address, Mr. Vinay Bhardwaj, Country Head and Vice Chairman of Indorama Ventures Vietnam, acknowledged the realities of 2025: a demanding year shaped by pressures in sales, profitability, and the competitive market environment.
