This September, Indorama Ventures’ Vietnam team enthusiastically set out on an unforgettable team-building experience \u2013 “The Great Journey<\/em>” \u2013 trading mundane office routines for sun-drenched beaches and meaningful bonding moments along Nha Trang’s stunning, wave-kissed coastline.<\/p>\n

To kick things off, the team shared an exhilarating train ride that set the stage for a day of excitement and bonding. Despite the blazing sun, the four teams demonstrated exceptional teamwork and determination as they tackled a series of challenging games. These activities went beyond physical endurance, mirroring essential workplace skills such as effective communication, strategic thinking, resource management, agility, and innovation.<\/p>\n

A key moment was the interpretation of the event’s symbol, the Circle<\/em> \u2013 representing essential values such as a shared purpose, collaboration, openness, transparency, trust, accountability, connection, unity, and continuous improvement. Mr. Vinay Bhardwaj, Country Head and Vice Chairman, captured its meaning perfectly: \u201cA circle can mean many things, but alone, it may only be a zero. When many circles connect, they form a powerful atom of strength, embodying our \u2018One Team, One Dream\u2019 spirit<\/em>\u201d. His words inspired everyone to carry the Circle\u2019s message into their daily work.<\/p>\n

The day concluded with a gala dinner at the Marriott Nha Trang beach, filled with energetic team performances and heartfelt reflections. Employees, from junior personnel to those with over 20 years of experience, shared stories and moments that highlighted the intergenerational bonds uniting the whole team.<\/p>\n
