From its humble beginnings in 1993 to its remarkable achievements over three decades, each of the employees, the crew members, played a vital role in fueling the company’s journey through stations of growth and transformation. Their unwavering dedication has been instrumental in shaping the organization into a leading preform, closure, and bottle manufacturer in Vietnam and beyond.<\/p>\n Now a proud member of Indorama Ventures, they looked back on past accomplishments, but also embraced the new chapter and destination ahead as the company leverages its longstanding values and the advantages of global expertise to emerge even greater in the years to come.<\/p>\n This gathering held significant meaning and served as a powerful affirmation of their core values \u2013 a commitment to excellence, a passion for innovation, and a deep respect for people.
