Technical Procurement Specialist

Technical Procurement Supervisor 

• Sourcing and supplying MRO (Maintenance, Repair Overhaul /Operation), Indirect purchases and products, services, including price, delivery schedule, supplier selection, documentation, contract, terms and conditions.  

• Manage and follow-up with orders, contracts in progress; coordinate with other related departments to ensure the supply on time in full with the right quality, sufficient quantity with reasonable payment term and price.  

• Build, maintain and develop the supplier network, coordinate with supplier to find innovative solution to reduce purchasing cost, increase internal customer satisfaction. 

• In charge for purchasing MRO, especially for production molds, machining all kinds of molds, closure, spare part,..  

• In charge for purchasing of manufacturing and head office services 

• Guaranteed to buy goods promptly and in accordance with factory / head office requirements at the lowest prices and suitable payment term 

• Flexible coordination with the requestor to make exact purchases as the requirements 

• Planning the most effective purchase, monthly control purchase budget 

• Take responsibility to the Procurement Manager for matters related to quality, supply schedule and purchase price 

• Make payment request on time with full necessary document, follow up the the payment request approve 

• Establish, monitor, and manage relationships with key suppliers. And also develop new suppliers near each factory to reduce transportation cost and supply stock quickly. 

• Other tasks as required by Technical Procurement Manager and Senior Procurement Manager 

• University degree: University degree: Business Administration, Technical, Engineering, Economics, Supply Chain 

• English: Communication 

• At least 3 years related experience in technical procurement and work in manufacturing environment 

• Good communication, problem solving, negotiate and sourcing skills 

• Careful, integrity, proactive, enthusiastic, and high responsible in work
