HR Director/HR Manager
MAIN DUTIES:
- Act as a contact point, advisor, and mentor to executives, employees, and managers on HR-related matters.
- Handle all matters related to social insurance, health insurance, and unemployment insurance.
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including posting job advertisements, contacting candidates, arranging interviews, screening suitable candidates, preparing tests, and participating in interviews.
- Ensure employees comply with company regulations and are well-informed about company benefits.
- Keep updated on labor law, social insurance, health insurance, and personal income tax regulations, and provide relevant updates to departments when needed.
- Be responsible for maintaining and filing all documents related to Human Resources and Administration.
- Monitor employees’ leave records, daily attendance, and compensation days.
- Handle matters related to foreign employees, including work permits, visas, and temporary residence cards.
- Manage employee-related records, including labor contracts, employee information, and monthly HR reports.
- Maintain employee benefit programs by reviewing employee needs and market trends, and recommending suitable benefit programs.
- Develop employee engagement programs to engage and retain talent.
- Propose ideas and organize internal staff activities and events, such as monthly birthday lunches, company events, year-end parties, team-building activities, free snacks, birthday cards, onboarding programs, orientation days, and welcome-back activities after maternity leave, in order to promote a positive working environment and strong teamwork.
- Perform other tasks as assigned by the Manager.
REQUIREMENT AND SKILLS:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Law, or a related field.
- At least 5 years of HR experience, with strong experience in Talent Acquisition.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Vietnamese and English.
- Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills.
- Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail.
- Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and delegate when appropriate.
- High level of integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality.
- Thorough knowledge of employment-related laws and regulations.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
Working time:
Monday – Saturday (8 :00-16 :30)
